By creating an account or using Audioscript ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Audioscript provides Al-powered speech-to-text transcription services. We strive for high accuracy but do not guarantee 100% error-free transcripts. The output depends on audio quality and other factors.
Your Content: You retain all rights and ownership of the audio files you upload and the transcripts generated. We claim no ownership over your data.
Our Content: The Service itself, including its code, design, logos, and features, is the exclusive property of Audioscript and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
If you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase credits:
You agree NOT to:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Audioscript and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDIOSCRIPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
